Engagement model
Selecting the appropriate contract pricing model for your project can be a challenging task, as it needs to adapt to several factors such as the operational and financial aspects of your company, the potential for changing initial requirements over time, and the expected objectives, among others.
At Qapybara, we offer four distinct contract pricing models, each accompanied by its own working methodology. These models empower you as a client to achieve optimal results at the most favorable price point, aligning perfectly with your unique needs and objectives.
Contract pricing
When the project has a perfectly defined scope and short duration. The original requirement is analyzed and a proposal is made that covers only the requested requirements. Once the price is set there will be no changes to the prices, without surprises. Changes to the scope of the project are not allowed within this contracting model.
Project duration: Short-Medium
Methodology: Waterfall
When an exact scope of the requirement cannot be provided, or the scope of the requirement is intended to undergo changes as time progresses. An hourly cost of the resources to be used (developers, designers, Project managers, etc …) is provided and billed according to the use of said resources.
Project duration: Medium-Long
Methodology: Agile
This model is designed for companies that need an extension of their work team through a dedicated specialist 100% trained to meet their needs. The times and tasks of the resource are managed by the client. Qapybara conducts periodic supervision as well as training to keep the resource updated on the latest technologies.
Project duration: Long-Extremely long.
Methodology: Defined by the client.
A study is carried out to obtain the future profitability that would be obtained if the project is implemented and the percentage of participation of each of the parties is established. Qapybara fully or partially assumes the costs of implementing the solution in exchange for this percentage of participation. It is used when the client does not have enough capital to tackle a project.
Project duration: Any.
Methodology: Defined by Qapyabra.
